Peter Devaney

Peter is the founder of Inside-Out and has over 20 years of construction and home improvement experience. Peter began his construction career while working as an apprentice at AAA Hardscapes. While traveling the country working on large scale hardscape projects, Peter acquired a passion for the construction trade and continued to attain construction experience while working in the following positions:

Crew Chief for Syrstone in Syracuse, New York where his responsibilities included traveling to job assignments to manage local construction crews while setting granite curbs, stone and precast for sidewalk and driveway projects and most notably he managed stone setting for the Courthouse project in Douglasville, Georgia.

Foreman/Project Lead for Valley Crest working in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Louisiana where his responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar urban development projects including landscaping, storm drains, irrigation, and resurfacing streets and walkways.

Paver Installer for Holder in Atlanta, Georgia where his responsibilities included installing brick pavers in entranceways, sidewalks and driveways for municipal buildings and pavement repairs to Centennial Olympic Park.

Lead Installer for ACS Commercial Heating & Air in Atlanta, Georgia where his responsibilities included installation of commercial HVAC systems in franchised restaurants, gas stations and commercial buildings to include Arby’s, Taco Bell, Q-Trip, Race Trac, airport hangers, fire stations and municipal buildings, and in residential properties.

While working for these firms, Peter was required to ensure that work was performed in compliance with OSHA; to read, interpreted and implement architectural blueprints; and to conduct crew safety meetings. Over the years, Peter has further expanded his construction experience by becoming an expert many other facets of construction while working as a general contractor, a property preservation specialist, heavy-equipment operator, a Georgia licensed real estate agent and securing a Home Inspection Certification from the Georgia Association of Home Inspections (GAHI) in 2006. Peter is co-founder of the R3 Group, LLC, a real estate investment firm founded in 2013, DEVCO Asset Services, LLC, a commercial mortgage banking and real estate service firm founded in 2010 and Proclaim, Inc., a community outreach ministry founded in 2009. At Inside-Out, Peter is responsible for business development and managing field operations.

Candace Devaney

Candace is a project oriented professional with over 25 years of comprehensive commercial real estate and mortgage servicing experience in due diligence, asset management, underwriting, lease administration, property management, operations management and site inspections. Candace has worked as Vice President of commercial Portfolio Underwriting and Securitization for Situs; a Commercial Credit Manager and Vice President of Due Diligence for RR Donnelley (f/k/a Office Tiger/MortgageRamp/GMAC/Univest Financial Services), a commercial mortgage banking service provider; as Vice President of Operations for The Clark Group Builder Services (residential real estate sales and marketing); as an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager for AMRESCO Services, L.P. (f/k/a EQ Services, Inc. a subsidiary of Equitable Real Estate), a commercial mortgage servicer; and as a Senior Financial Analyst for Western Development (c/k/a The Mills Corporation), a commercial development and management firm.

As an operations manager, Candace has managed all aspects of corporate operations for a fast paced RE/MAX residential real estate sales team marketing 14 new home communities for four builder groups and was instrumental in generating sales in excess of $90.7 million dollars over 500 homes sold in 2003; and managed a RE/MAX franchise purchase, located office for franchise operations, negotiated lease terms and monitored space build-out while coordinating new office facility set-up.

Property Management – included managing annual operating budget process for 53 shopping centers with over 600,000 square feet and several outlet malls with over three million square feet; prepared exit strategies for REO properties, year-end tenant expense reconciliations, lease abstracts and lease term ticklers. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science-Business Administration/Marketing from Indiana State University. She is a co-founder of the R3 Group, LLC, a real estate investment firm founded in 2013, DEVCO Asset Services, LLC, a commercial mortgage banking and real estate service firm founded in 2010 and Proclaim, Inc., a community outreach ministry founded in 2009.
